Hello, I’m Kerry. Also known as The Night Nanny!

I am a professional & qualified Nanny, Maternity Nurse and Newborn Care Specialist based in Staffordshire and the West Midlands and I’m here to help you with a gentle transition to parenthood.

 

So, congratulations on your pregnancy or recent arrival! You are about to embark on a wonderful journey that will transform your life. As a mother of two, I fully understand that parenting can be a blend of precious moments and daily challenges. For the past 25 years, I have dedicated myself to working closely with families. Providing them with individualised support and guidance, whilst creating a loving and stable environment, allowing parents to raise happy and thriving little ones. 

 

My passion for nurturing newborns and new parents has driven me to focus on supporting families in the most important early days and weeks, helping with the transition to parenting and laying a calm and stable foundation for family life. Whether that’s feeding baby, giving you time to sleep or supporting with breastfeeding, I am led by your needs and requirements. I specialise in care for twins and triplets and have extensive experience working with newborns, including those who are born prematurely. I am well-versed in identifying and addressing various challenges such as colic, reflux, and allergies and am equipped with practical knowledge that helps me recognise when medical intervention may be necessary. For new parents, my night-time support offers guidance, education and a helping hand when it’s most needed.

 

My approach is nurturing, calm and responsive.I am confident with newborn care and I take immense pride in fostering strong, lasting relationships with families, often remaining a part of their lives for many years.  

 

Keeping updated with the latest recommendations and evidence in relation to newborn care and development is critical. My focus is always to expand my knowledge with my official qualifications listed here:
