Night Nanny Services
Waking up multiple times throughout the night to your baby can be exhausting, often resulting in sleep deprivation and fatigue. The primary purpose of a night nanny is to enhance the quality and quantity of your sleep, providing you with support as you navigate the challenges of new parenthood. As a dedicated night nanny, I am here to nurture and care for your newborn, allowing you the necessary time to recover and recharge.
I offer flexible respite services, tailored to your specific weekly requirement. This support may be particularly beneficial as you recover from a cesarean section or a difficult delivery. Prioritising your recovery is essential, whether you need temporary assistance to re-establish your routine or simply an extra set of hands in the absence of family support. I will manage all aspects of your baby's care, while respecting your preferences regarding sleep and feeding, ensuring that exhausted parents receive the vital rest they need.

Feeding Support
I fully support a mother’s choice of feeding, whether that be breast, bottle, a combination of both, or formula feeding.
Breastfeeding
I can bring your baby to you for you to feed overnight, ensuring you have any drinks or snacks you may need. I am available to provide support if required or simply to be a friendly companion to chat with during feeding. Alternatively, I can offer you privacy during this time. Once you have finished feeding, I will then take care of the baby, managing changing, winding, and gently settling the baby back off to sleep. I will also wash, dry, and fold any of the baby's laundry while the baby sleeps, if required.
Bottle Feeding
Whether it involves formula or expressed breast milk, there is no need for you to wake up during the night. I will adhere to all aspects of feeding, winding, nappy changes, and settling the baby to sleep. I will ensure the sterilization of all equipment, including bottles, pumps, and dummies. I will also wash, dry, fold, and organize any of the baby’s laundry if required.
Formula feeding
I can provide guidance on various formulas available on the market and offer recommendations on how to gradually introduce or transition to a new formula if needed. This includes formulas that are specifically tailored for allergies and specialist dietary needs.
Recognizing that every baby is unique, I can provide recommendations on the most suitable bottles and teats to accommodate your baby's individual latch.
Multiple's and Specialist Newborn Care
I have extensive experience with premature babies having worked with newborn twins as well as babies with colic, reflux & allergies. Having had two premature babies of my own I am well versed in both the practical and emotional challenges this can bring.
